The Bitlles Catalanes, (Catalan Skittles or Catalan Bowling as it would translate to English) is a traditional Catalan sport that is losing presence as time goes by. What Rauxa seeks to achieve is to recover this tradition by reinterpreting the game for it to fit better with today’s society, moving away from the original looks of the game but still doing it from an artisan point of view.
The final result is a homemade rotomolding machine, which allows for self-production of the product coming from an artisan system. In this line of work a production system has been tested obtaining a final prototype as a result.
